Embedded Files
The ExportFamilies tool batch exports non-system families to external files.
Why use it?
Revit can export all families to files and also individual families to file. But it can't export a particular selection AND it cannot organize them into folders by category.
Features:
Export from any open document
Tree view oganizes families by category and allows immediate selection of entire categories.
User selected output location.
Output files can be saved into folders organized by category.
